Common questions
Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
No. You pay a flat monthly or annual price based on your storefront traffic, and nothing else. An offer that doubles your average order value costs you exactly the same as one that does nothing, which is the way round it should be.
What counts as a session?
A session is one shopper visit to your storefront in a calendar month, the same number your Shopify analytics reports. It is not orders and it is not page views, so a shopper browsing five pages is one session.
Does every plan include every feature?
Yes. Plans differ by the traffic they cover and the support that comes with them, never by what you are allowed to build. An offer type added later reaches every plan.
